Terms of service
Personal usage
• Your commissions it is only for you, this means that may not resell the artwork itself or claim to
have made it or modify an artwork.
• Illustrations for personal use will have my signature.
• You will have to wait a queue for the personal usage. You can get it earlier but with an additional
of 25% of the price of your commission.
Commercial usage
• For commercial uses, the price may be 2 times the normal price.
• If the commission require more than 1 illustration, I will consider it like a wholesale, the base price and the final
price will be defined depending on what you want.
• The commercial commissions have their own queue, and you can ask for them outside the date of commissioning.
You can get it earlier but with an additional of 50% of the price of your commission.
Artist rights
• I am allowed to post finished/WIP content of your commission on my social media accounts.
• Artwork may be reducing resolution and will have a watermark in it.
Process
• The payment is ONLY made by PayPal.
• The commissions will take about 7 to 14 days to be finished, if you want it to be finished earlier, additional payment will be required.
• For a better work I will not guess a pose! Please try to give me proper details of your desired character/pose/reference.
• I will decline commissions if I consider the request too complex for me to draw or if it is something that I do not wish to draw.
If you are still interested, I will consider doing it for a higher price.
• You can make up to 3 modifications to your commission sketch. Any more than that will require
additional payment so please be decisive.
• When the sketch is confirmed, you must pay the current amount. When the payment is done, I will start to work.
• Once the illustration is finished, adding small details or fixing mistakes could be done for free.
• A high-resolution image without watermark will be sent via e-mail.
• For privacy, every detail of your commission will be discussed via private message.
Refunds
• You can cancel your commission any time before I have already started the colouring process.
